Open source where it matters, proprietary only where the ecosystem demands it. The whole stack is designed so a client can take a hand-over pack and continue operating after we leave.
Every study touching human subjects runs through the relevant national ethics review board, with informed consent protocols in the respondent's language and documented refusal management. GBV related work follows GBV IMS aligned data handling under ethics-board approved protocols.
TPM contracts are firewalled from implementation work in the same theatre, with signed conflict of interest declarations on every team. Staff and enumerators are trained and screened to PSEA standards, and respondent data is encrypted in transit and at rest with role based access.
